Bone Broth Recipe

First of all, what is leaky gut?
Simply put - leaky gut is an autoimmune disorder that results in larger-than-normal holes in your digestive tract. This, in turn, allows things to pass through your digestive tract which normally would not.
Think about things like cortisol, toxins, medicines, food particles, pathogens, etc. These things can "leak" from your intestinal wall and into your bloodstream. Unfortunately, this results in an immune response from your body, and symptoms such as:
- Bloating/Gas, or generalized digestive problems
- Food sensitivities or allergies
- Thyroid conditions
- Joint pain
- Weight gain
- Fatigue
- Headaches
- Skin issues
These symptoms can very quickly turn more severe if left untreated.

INGREDIENTS:
• Beef bones with marrow
• Water to cover bones
• 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 Bay Leaves
• Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper
• Vegetables of choice (I use 3
carrots, 2 onions, 1 celery stalk and 1
garlic head)
DIRECTIONS:
• Place all ingredients in crockpot
• Add in water until bones are covered
• Turn setting to high and let simmer
for 48 hours
(Just remember - the longer you let it simmer, the more nutritious it becomes!)
